COVID-19 UPDATE

With guidance from the Peel Public Health, the Medical Officer of Health, and in an abundance of caution for both our staff and guests of the CAA Centre around the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every effort to help limit the spread of the coronavirus.

Effective Monday, March 16, CAA Centre will be closing to the public.

This includes all Ice Rentals and Spectator events. We apologize for the timing of this cancellation and the impact this decision will have on our clients. However, we wanted to ensure that we had all the latest information on the Coronavirus before making this very difficult decision.

Brampton Beast

The ECHL has cancelled the remainder of the 2019-20 season.

I bought single game tickets for an upcoming game. What do I do?

Please call the Brampton Beast office at 905 564 1684. Sales reps would be happy to assist and walk you through all the potential options to determine the best fit for you.

I bought tickets as part of a group. Who do I speak with?

Please call the Beast office at 906 564 1684 and ask for Michael or Jon. One of them will be able to help you with any questions you may have.

I am a Season Ticket/Flex Pack Holder. What comes next?

Thank you for your dedication to the Beast organization. An email update was sent out and more information will be emailed out as it becomes available. Please call Lauren 905 564 1684 if you have any questions or concerns.

CAA Centre Events

Information with respect to events at the Centre will be posted as it becomes available.  

Tickets for cancelled events will be automatically refunded by Ticketmaster.  

If the event is postponed, ticketholders will have the option of obtaining a refund, or holding onto their ticket for use in the future.  For information relative to ticket refunds, please visit https://help.ticketmaster.com

 We will continue to monitor the situation and provide information whenever possible.   We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back to the centre, in good health.
